Ensuring every mother and infant, regardless of their socioeconomic background, has the resources and support they need to thrive from the start. We are building strong, informed communities where health disparities are significantly reduced, and every family has the opportunity for a healthy beginning
N2THRIVE implements a “root to fruit success pipeline” for BIPOC perinatal women and infants facing the barriers to success in Washington State. Our 3 pronged approach includes community centered programs based in mindset and innovative action practices:
ACCESS: Provide readily available, nutritious food options to mothers and infants in targeted communities.
AWARENESS: Educate & Empower mothers about the importance of nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nourishment.
ACTIVITY: Organize physical activities tailored to perinatal women, enhancing both physical and mental health.
N2THRIVE is dedicated to serving and uplifting the most vulnerable members of our society: perinatal women and infants from BIPOC communities. We strive to create a nurturing environment where they can thrive, break the cycle of adversity, and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
By improving prenatal and post partum nutrition and physical activity, N2THRIVE can play a vital role in reducing maternal mortality rates, the risks of preterm births and associated health issues in BIPOC communities.
